I can only imagine how more tranquil this location will be in the spring or even early fall.
Positive: Just what the doctor ordered. We were able to "unplug" and enjoy the outdoors and get some good rest.
Negative: The bed (mattress) could use an upgrade or flipped

Pondview house
We stayed in the Pondview house. Its a free standing home, 2 bedroom, 1 bath. It has a full kitchen and cozy living and bed rooms.
We were looking for quiet and solitude and thats exactly what we got. We brought our 2 dogs and felt very comfortable walking them around the property. We stopped by the walmart in ruckersville and got groceries and were able to make meals there.

Positive: Location and view
Negative: Dirt drive to The Zen Barn needs trimmed back...Branches and bramble could reach truck. Had to zig zag alot when you first make the turn on your road to try and avoid getting scratches on vehicle.

Positive: It is a very comfortable place with all the necessary facilities that a family needs with reasonable price.
Negative: What I suggest to be improved are not critical and major problems,but it's better to improve its lighting and install some mirrors.

We enjoyed time spent there
Positive: The view was great, the pond is really close.
Negative: No way to repel insects was provided. Kitchen appliances were really old and random
