Cascina Rococo at White Lotus Eco Spa Retreat

This is the 4th time I have booked a room with White Lotus. Each time, my guests have had a different room with every one being amazingly unique. The things that are consistent are the rooms have all been extremely clean and comfortable. The hosts are very quick to respond to questions and check in and check out are all seamless. I will continue to book here for friends and family who come to visit me. I live in a tiny house about 2 miles away, and this amazing place makes me feel great about being able to give my guests the best even though I can’t host them at my home. It is a home away from home for me!

Great accommodations and location for trips to Shenandoah National Park Positive: Very nice and quiet location. The grounds were very nice. The room was very clean, spacious and simple which served us well for our couple days stay. Negative: The shower head did not stay up in place. It did not bother me since I do not mind using it as a hand held shower head.

We had such a great time staying here! It was perfect for our trip to Shenandoah. Other reviews have mentioned the thin walls but we found the other guest to be very respectful of quiet hours! The property was comfortable and surrounded by peaceful nature. David was so helpful with our trip even providing great local recommendations.

Next time I’d love to stay much longer, and do more exploring. Stanardsville is so pretty! Positive: This is the most unique place I’ve ever stayed. Lovely property surrounded by woods, ponds, meditation spaces, really beautiful. I had a huge suite that looked like it was borrowed from Versailles. Casina Rococo. Beautiful furnishings, a combination of rustic and elegant. Very spacious, well appointed kitchenette. I truly could have lived there for weeks! There were several special places to stay on the property, next time I’d love to stay in the Hobbit Hill “home”. There are traditional rooms in the bigger buildings on the property as well. Negative: One complaint, I was out walking in the evening and a worker went by in his car. It’s all gravel roads so a lot of dust was kicked up. He should have slowed down when he saw me, rather inconsiderate.

We were rained-out of a long planned camping trip and, luckily, found this at the last minute. The Rococo room is beautiful and very clean, and the deck with BBQ is quite useful. It is spacious and bright. The grounds are fun to walk around. Seeing the different areas is really interesting. I especially liked the yacht floating in the pond. Overall this was a great stay!
