Royal Suite at White Lotus Eco Spa Retreat

Made a reservation for the same night. We didn’t received a confirmation for our booking until half an hour later. I tried to call the property multiple times and I couldn’t get in contact with anyone until the following day. Ended up staying somewhere else since we didn’t know if the reservation went through. They denied a refund with the excuse of a policy when the service was never provided. We have been staying at the white lotus before, but clearly we won’t be returning anymore. What a scam

I stayed at white lotus during a solo trip to recharge and hike, and it was exactly what I needed! There were so many nice amenities, like a hot tub, a huge bath tub, spaces to relax and read, all on a beautiful property! One thing I would recommend is to bring your own food to cook. There are three full kitchens and the nearest town is quite far with limited restaurant options. My only complaint was that the Royal Suite is on the ground floor, so all of the windows look directly into the bedroom and bathroom. I couldn’t really have the shades open because it was a pretty high-traffic area (I almost made eye contact with someone while I was in the bathroom!). It would be much better with shades that go up from the bottom to get some light in the space without people staring at you. Overall a very serene place to stay!

We really enjoyed our 6-night stay here. We had easy access to the big kitchen, the big den with fireplace, the sauna, and hot tub.
