White Lotus Suite

We decided to split our trip up midway in VA and from SC to NY. I’m thankful for finding the White Lotus Retreat and Spa Stay. Wish we would have stayed longer than 1 night! There was lots to do. We loved the Hot Tub under the stars; the property is so beautiful at night and day! Nice coffee in the morning with some complimentary breakfast. Nice and clean kitchen and property. The White Lotus room was very sweet. I surprised my wife with the whole stay, I didn’t show her before hand. She loved it. Also did massages in the morning we booked before hand and I am very impressed with how it went; Tim and Gibson did an amazing job - Thai Style is something I’ll be doing again for sure! My wife has a Swedish Style and she was painfully peaceful to have it done. Theses were definitely much needed in between our road trip. So much more property we have yet to explore, hope we can make it there again. Very responsive hosts. Thank you everyone!

Not only was the room great itself but the entire grounds at White Lotus were truly beautiful! With cuddly communal cats greeting you upon check-in and the kitchen stocked with snacks for the morning, it really is perfect in all ways. Appreciate the great experience so very much :)

upon arrival to the property, there was no clear signage on how we could get to our room. We were also given no instructions regarding check-in, including the door code. The only reason we were able to get into our room was because we called the phone number listed on our initial reservation. Additionally, upon entering the room, we noticed that there were large amounts of dust clumps everywhere. When we tried to close the curtain, it hit the fan, causing a rainfall of dust. There was also very minimal lighting in the bathroom. The showerhead was located in a position where no matter how you adjusted the water pressure, water would hit the wall, pass the edge of the bathtub. Overall, the experience was not very great. It was very poor quality and poorly kept up. To be honest, I don’t believe that the room was even cleaned prior to arrival based on the condition that we had it in. we will definitely not be staying here again ever and will not be recommending this place to anyone who wants to visit Shenandoah national park.

Really loved the place, our room was beautiful and unique, loved seeing the architecture of the various buildings. I wish that the grounds hadn't been so disheveled, there is a lot of potential. There was a couple being intimate in the living room all evening, they pushed the couches together and slept there overnight. So weird. Made it very awkward to pass through what I assume is a common area.
